No manual setup or keys to copy — one click handles it. For Slack and Teams, PaceAudit connects to each platform so your admin grants access once in the Integrations tab, and reps start receiving nudges on their preferred platform automatically.

What syncs: All open deals · Assigned owners · Last activity timestamps · Deal stage · Associated contacts · Company data. PaceAudit maps each deal to its assigned rep using the owner field — violations only fire for the rep who actually owns the deal.

Drop in any PDF — your sales playbook, onboarding document, or handwritten SOP. PaceAudit's AI reads the entire document and automatically extracts three types of cadence rules: email cadence, call cadence, and other follow-up windows.

AI extracts: "Initial email within 2 hours of lead assignment" → Email cadence rule, 2hr window · "Follow-up call if no reply in 24 hours" → Call cadence rule, 24hr window · "Review open opportunity every 7 days" → Other cadence, 7 day window. All extracted rules are fully editable by leadership before going live.

PaceAudit checks every rep's CRM activity against your extracted SOP rules on a rolling schedule. The moment a deadline is missed — on any deal, at any pipeline stage — a violation is created and escalation begins automatically.

Manager view: Every Monday at 8am, designated managers receive a full executive summary — compliance score per rep, revenue at risk, revenue recovered, and a violation-by-violation breakdown. Accessible live on the dashboard at any time.

Does my SOP need to be in a specific format?
No. Drop in any PDF — a formal sales playbook, a scanned Word doc, even a handwritten policy that's been photographed. The AI reads natural language and extracts the cadence rules. Leadership reviews and edits before anything goes live.
What happens if a rep doesn't use Slack or Teams?
Each rep has their own notification preference matrix. You can route nudges to email only, SMS only, or any combination of channels. Every channel requires explicit consent from the rep before messages are sent — we take TCPA and CASL compliance seriously.
Can I customize the tone of the nudges?
Yes — fully. PaceAudit ships with 9 pre-built tone levels ranging from a warm friendly reminder to a formal written warning. Each notification type can have its own tone level, and every message template is fully customizable. You can also override individual messages for specific triggers.
How does revenue recovery tracking work?
PaceAudit watches every deal that was overdue (past cadence) and received a nudge. When that deal subsequently moves to "Closed Won" in your CRM, it's recorded as a recovered deal. Monthly totals show you the cumulative dollar value of deals that were at risk and ultimately closed — directly attributable to PaceAudit's enforcement.
